Challenge

A global water treatment company needed a full redesign of an outdoor industrial system — one that had to be modular, safe to operate, and reliable across a wide range of climates. The brief combined demanding technical constraints with real usability challenges for field operators.

What we did

Joined the project as an embedded innovation partner. Used the Phrame Rocket framework to structure the problem space, align cross-functional stakeholders, and work systematically through the technical and operational constraints — balancing safety requirements, field usability, and scalability across the platform.
